In such a case, we will provide team responsible for delivering the fixed scope. The cost is based on effort consumed. However, the Deliverables are owned by Samhitha Technologies. This model is adopted mainly due to lack of productivity figures. Once productivity figures evolve, one can shift to Fixed scope fixed cost model.
