As the founder and General manager of Samhitha is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Critical factor to Samhitha’s success are her commitment to honesty and the channelling of her active and enthusiastic personality into the company spirit. Padmini brings over 18 years of leadership experience in global IT technology that cuts across geographies and industries and has managed very large global businesses with P&L responsibility. Prior to Samhitha Padmini was with UST Global as Senior Program Manager, managing multimillion in US and Europe engagements. Padmini ’s experience prior to Samhitha included leadership positions with Accenture ,Mahindra Satyam ,Birlasoft and Misys .Padmini holds an Master of Business Administration and Master of Computers .
Sundeep Bollineni | Vice President, Global Operations
Sundeep Samhitha’s Senior executive leader responsible for global business development, worldwide sales and marketing for Samhitha Group and he is a strong contributor to the company’s vision and strategies. He is a passionate, forward-thinking business development leader who operates with a customer-centric focus and a highly tuned, multi-dimensional perspective on technology, customers, interdepartmental operations and business growth strategies. Sundeep is an accomplished entrepreneur who has provided successful leadership in the areas of customer acquisition, marketing for one of the leading hospitality companies.
Raj Methi| Director, Finance
Raj Methi is responsible for driving the marketing and business strategy for US and Europe, including defining industry sectors and working with relevant vertical market segments. Applying his experience in managing globally distributed sales-and-delivery teams and developing long-lasting customer relationships, he serves Samhitha’s growth objectives and initiatives to gain market dominance in strategic areas, like healthcare, Finance ,Banking and telecommunications.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bangalore University
